As his ID shows late Haj Seyyed Moharram Naseri was born on 28 May 1933. He was the fourth child born to Haj Seyyed Reza Naseri’s family. As a child and adolescent, he used to live in his birthplace Varoon Village, one of seven villages of Jasb, with a pleasant weather located north of Delijan. He worked with his older brother late Haj Seyyed Jalil Naseri and then moved to Tehran and founded a factory which is known as Halvay-e Oghab as one of the most accomplished factories. Endeavour, generosity, loyalty and kindness were among his exemplary characteristics. His life was dedicated to improve his family’s life on the one hand and develop Jasb as his hometown on the other. Rarely can we find one who loves his hometown so much. Definitely, his brother was his role model and as a result he was determined to cooperate and accompany him. This is clear from his endeavors that he left amongst us development, benevolence, and lasting positive effects. He devoted all his life to helping disadvantaged and poor families and always volunteering to meet fellow citizens and relatives.
Haj Seyyed Moharram Naseri passed away on 29 January 2014 at the age of 80. His descendants follow his manner to attempt to promote benevolence over the society and immortalize their grandfather’s name and memory.
